As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll architect scalable systems to process identity data from multiple IAM sources, drive technical excellence, and mentor team members to deliver impactful security solutions. What You'll Do Architect and build scalable backend systems to ingest and analyze identity data from multiple IAM sources (OnpremAD, EntraID, Okta, Google Cloud Workspace)Design services to detect security risks, misconfigurations, and compromise indicators in identity objects and activity logsDrive technical decisions on system architecture, technology stack, and infrastructure designDevelop automated reporting and alerting systems for real-time identity risk insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust security solutionsEstablish engineering best practices for testing, code quality, and performanceChampion AI adoption to enhance development workflows and code quality Qualification/Requirement Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field5+ years of backend development experience delivering production systems at scaleProven experience in software architecture design for scalable, maintainable systemsExpert proficiency in Java Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data)Hands-on experience with microservices development and Kubernetes deploymentExperience designing and managing CI/CD pipelinesCloud-based development experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)Experience architecting complex data analysis solutions in production Nice to Have Ability to extract clear requirements from ambiguous business needsExperience with resource estimation and timeline planningCross-functional collaboration skills to define API contracts and integration testing strategiesTrack record of coordinating multiple teams to deliver end-to-end featuresAbility to explore emerging technologies and drive team growthExperience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)Expertise in containerization (Docker) and DevOps/SRE practicesProficiency with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor)Understanding of identity platforms (EntraID, Okta, Google Workspace, Active Directory)Knowledge of identity security threats and compliance frameworks (Zero Trust, PAM) =============================================================== 連結智慧 守護世界 --- Connected Intelligence for Securing a Connected World
