What you'll do Own the architecture of our Flutter codebase — state management, modularisation, testing strategyDeliver code dailySet standards for code review, CI/CD and releasesWork directly with backend engineers (Go) and productMentor and collaborate with other Flutter engineers in the company What we need Several years shipping and maintaining production Flutter apps and webAI-first approach to the SDLCArchitectural judgement — you've seen a Flutter codebase go wrong and know whyEnd-to-end ownership: store releases, crash triage, performanceAbility to set technical directionWorking knowledge of native platform behaviour for the cases Flutter doesn't cover Useful, not required Native iOS or Android background, especially a native-to-Flutter migrationExperience as the first senior hire in a disciplineSwedish — our users and customers are Swedish.
