Responsibilities Manage and optimize on-premises infrastructure (Linux, Proxmox, storage, networking). Automate infrastructure using Ansible and IaC principles. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Support cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments. Operate Kubernetes workloads (day-to-day ops & troubleshooting). Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and incident response (24/7 on-call). Collaborate with teams and maintain technical documentation. Essential Skills 7+ years in Infrastructure / DevOps roles. Strong hands-on experience with on-prem environments. Proxmox (KVM) and Linux administration expertise. Ansible (production use). Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls). Storage & high-availability concepts. CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar). Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Scripting (Bash, Python or similar). Docker & Kubernetes (operational knowledge). Basic to intermediate AWS and/or Azure. Database administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle). Strong ownership, autonomy, and communication skills. Professional English. Desired Skills Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments. Strong interest in cloud growth and automation. Practical, solution-oriented mindset.
