Platform Engineer

Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure within AWS.Design and manage Kubernetes environments and cloud-native platform services.Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Build self-service tools and automation that reduce manual, ticket-driven infrastructure work.Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and developer enablement initiatives.Improve platform reliability through monitoring, observability, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis.Support AWS networking and security, including VPCs, routing, security groups, segmentation, WAF, F5, and Cloudflare.Partner with Engineering and Security teams to improve platform scalability, performance, reliability, and security.Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tooling, to improve platform operations and engineering productivity. Qualification 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or related disciplinesStrong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and TerraformExperience building and supporting highly available production infrastructureStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, cloud networking, and securityExperience with observability, monitoring, incident response, and production troubleshootingExperience building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure is preferredFintech, payments, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus .
