The Solution Development Team at Danske Bank is part of a global organisation with team members in Lithuania and India. We develop, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, providing key applications, integrations, and custom apps that enable both ITSM and wider business capabilities. Danske Bank is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with deep proven experience, strong technical judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of complex platform solutions. What You Will Be Doing Take ownership of the design, development, and optimisation of complex ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platformBuild and enhance custom applications that support corporate operations and business-critical processesProvide technical input on integrations, automation, platform capabilities, and development best practicesCreate, propose, and drive new technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholdersContribute to platform reliability, upgrades, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team About You You bring substantial proven experience with ServiceNow development across ITSM processes and enterprise-scale solutionsYou can work independently with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, CMDB, and scalable platform development practicesYou can translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions and custom applicationsYou are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable challenging requirements, explaining technical trade-offs, and influencing solution directionYou communicate clearly in English, collaborate with stakeholders, and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleaguesAdvanced English skills What We Offer You Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
