About The Team We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a frontend unit. You will be responsible for the foundation of the TradingView product: Chart (B2C)B2B Charting LibrariesDesktop Application This is a Manager of Managers role. You will oversee an organization of ~25 engineers through Team Leads. Your responsibility is not to micromanage tasks, but to build an efficient engineering system where teams work in sync and knowledge is never lost. Responsibilities Lead the frontend platform unit through Team Leads (~25 engineers), develop the management layer, and ensure a stable and scalable organizational structure.Build and maintain a 6–12 month workforce plan, balancing team composition against business goals and future technical needs.Ensure predictable and efficient delivery through metrics-driven management and risk coordination with Product Management.Align architectural decisions across core products (Chart, Libraries, Desktop) and ensure overall platform consistency.Define and track quarterly technical goals, balancing feature delivery with technical debt and long-term engineering health.Improve organizational resilience by reducing bus factor risks and systematically managing knowledge sharing and succession planning.Remove cross-team blockers and optimize engineering processes to improve overall SDLC efficiency.
