We Are Focused On the best customer experiencesdelivering high quality servicesgreat working conditionsgrowing with innovationscontinuously improving competitiveness through digitalization Key Responsabilities Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to design and build automation solutions while leveraging Blue PrismParticipate in client design sessions to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusabilityResearch and determine the solution and technologies needed to integrate with clients’ enterprise applicationsDevelops, designs, configures and tests moderate and complex robotic process automations using the RPA software solutions (attended and unattended) and simple enabling technologiesCreate and maintain technical documents and specifications (SDD)Involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle from discovery, design, development, user acceptance training, and hypercareTransition code to the managed services support teamCollaborate with internal solutions architects to understand the infrastructure Experience Collaborate with the rest of the team to document the new featuresShould be hands-on on other supporting technology knowledge such as SQL, VBA, Python when facing challenges with core RPAGood knowledge of English language is a must, German language nice to have2-3 years of RPA development experience leveraging Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation AnywhereExperience facilitating the design, setup, and configuration of an RPA solutionStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsUnderstanding of Digital Transformation disruptive technologies and their application to functional areas (e.g. Finance, HR, etc.)Debug and fix RPA processesMaintain the code base according to the coding guidelines Skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and business requirementsTransfer knowledge about processes from external development teamsExperience or willingness to work in a complex work environment.Happy to work self-dependent as well as in an intercultural teamAbility to conduct show-end-tell meetings with business partners DTSE-RO is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
