Job Overview We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, developer enablement and deployment processes across our multi-cloud SaaS platform. This role involves hands-on work in building, maintaining, and improving development and deployment workflows that serve thousands of customers worldwide. Responsibilities CI/CD Pipeline Management Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools Support deployment processes across multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) Implement automated testing integration within deployment pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment failures Infrastructure Automation Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources Implement container deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes Support migration from legacy deployment methods to modern practices Development Support Provide tooling and automation to improve developer productivity Maintain development and staging environments Support containerization of applications and services Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment requirements and optimization Monitoring & Operations Implement monitoring and alerting for deployment pipelines and infrastructure Support capacity planning and resource optimization efforts Participate in incident response for deployment-related issues Document procedures and maintain runbooks for operational tasks Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering 3+ years of experience in DevOps Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS required, Azure preferred) Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies Preferred Experience with Java applications and Spring Boot deployments Knowledge of database deployment and migration automation Familiarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus) Experience with secrets management and security scanning tools Understanding of networking, load balancing, and CDN configurations EEO Statement ICIMS is a place where everyone belongs. Compensation And Benefits We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.   The anticipated pay range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 USD annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data.
