Senior DevOps Engineer | Hybrid

📌 Project: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support Mainframe execution on x86 systems, addressing operational and security challenges within a complex and innovative environment. 🚀🔐💻 🚀 Responsibilities: 🔹 Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex environments, ensuring automation and efficient deployment processes; 🔹 Lead DevOps initiatives autonomously, proactively identifying and removing blockers to ensure smooth and continuous delivery; 🔹 Diagnose and resolve issues in production environments, always focusing on continuous improvement; 🔹 Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub Actions; 🔹 Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and resolutions to development teams and project management, collaborating with both local and remote teams; 🔹 Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve infrastructure, security, and deployment processes. ✅ Requirements: 🔹 5–7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD; 🔹 Proven experience implementing CI/CD workflows, deployment processes, and release pipelines; 🔹 Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including creating, maintaining, and optimizing workflows; 🔹 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in production environments; 🔹 High level of autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to independently communicate status updates and resolve blockers; 🔹 Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and project stakeholders; 🔹 Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). 🇵🇹 ⭐ Nice to Have: 🔹 Basic knowledge of Mainframe systems; 🔹 Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and operational support tool development; 🔹 Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. 📍Work Model: 🔹Hybrid (2 days onsite); 🔹Technological Pole Almada, Client's Office - Lisbon. 📩 Interested?
