Full Stack Engineer

Giving a machine a memory worth the name is harder than it sounds. That's a big part of what we're building at Siv, an AI assistant for Swedish small and medium-sized companies. It lives in the tools teams already use, remembers context, and handles the follow-up and admin that quietly eats up a big chunk of everyone's week. Sweden first, with the rest of Europe within reach. We keep the team small and the bar high. We're looking for a strong fullstack developer to join the founding team, someone who could run their own thing and would rather build this. Early but real: financing is in place, customers are signed, and the technical foundation is solid. The work is hands-on with LLMs, RAG and MCP in production, and you'd help shape large parts of how the product gets built. Get this right and Siv becomes part of how thousands of companies across Europe work every day. Responsibilities Build the product end to end, from interface to backend and infrastructureWork hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines and MCP in productionConnect external services and handle sensitive company data under European lawOwn technical decisions from the start Tech Stack We build with TypeScript on the Bun runtime and the Elysia web framework, a React frontend (a straightforward Vite SPA), and Rust for niche pieces like our document parser and internal tooling. TypeScript is what we'd want you strongest in; the rest of the stack you can pick up here. Qualifications Strong TypeScript, or comparable typed-language depth that transfers fastSolid fullstack experience and a track record of shipping products to productionComfortable building with LLMs, RAG and similar toolingExperience with devops and/or cybersecurity is a plusConfident making your own calls and driving work in a small team On-site in Gothenburg.
