About the Roleproject44's Global IT Services team is looking for an IT Automation Engineer to own the automation and integration backbone connecting our HR, Finance, Sales, and Security systems — while also building and running two business-critical internal platforms from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a Workato recipe, querying Snowflake, standing up a small internal application, and jumping into a helpdesk ticket or production incident when it matters. Compensation and Benefits: We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44’s total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs. The base salary range for this position is 152,500.00 PLN - 228,500.00 PLN.
