Job Overview:
We are seeking an SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris Developer to develop, maintain, and support enterprise eCommerce solutions built on SAP Commerce Cloud.
The role involves hands-on development, local environment setup, deployment support, production monitoring, and client support activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, Java, and integration technologies, along with experience supporting live commerce applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, customize, and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications and extensionsConfigure and maintain local development/build environments for development teamsPerform code builds, troubleshoot build failures, and manage deployment activities across environmentsSupport CI/CD pipelines and release management processesDevelop and enhance OCC APIs, integrations, storefront features, and backoffice customizationsWork with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutionsSupport clients by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production support tickets within SLA timelinesMonitor systems and validate application health after SAP planned maintenance activities and production deploymentsInvestigate and resolve application performance, functionality, and integration issuesConfigure and manage Solr indexing, CronJobs, Impex scripts, and data synchronization processesParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremoniesCreate and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentationEnsure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and platform best practicesRequired Qualifications:
