Roles & Responsibilities Drive the delivery of key initiatives, while guiding the team on best engineering practicesDevelop & support .Net Core & .Net Framework REST APIs & MicroservicesWrite clean & scalable code using standard software design patterns & best practicesMentor and develop your team, promoting continuous improvement and quality deliveryDesign & integrate third-party services into our application to support business needsCollaborate with multiple teams & developers to meet project deadlinesAnalyze opportunities for improvements in our application & process flowTranslate business requirements into technical specifications & a plan for delivery Position Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer or any comparable object oriented programming language3+ years leading complex initiatives & core projectsProficiency with .Net Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, & Git/Azure DevOpsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, & SDLCExperience with debugging, performance profiling, & optimizationAbility to efficiently manage time when working on multiple tasks - working independently or together with team membersSelf-motivated, team player, with efficient communicationWillingness to prepare technical documentation that can be used for the development team Perks & Benefits Medical, Dental & Health InsuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanHybrid Work Schedule (3 days at office)Free commission when using RIA servicesGrowth OpportunitiesCorporate gatherings, team bonding events, and much more!
