Definity is adding an experienced iOS Developer to provide senior technical leadership and mentorship within our iOS engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical ownership, navigating the evolving iOS platform, and guiding other developers through complex implementation decisions. Requirements Strong expertise with SwiftUI and MVVM/MVI architectureExperience working in a mixed codebase supporting both UIKit and SwiftUIFamiliarity with iOS 18, including backward-compatibility handling between Liquid Glass and standard blur/vibrancy materialsExperience shipping applications to the App StoreApplication security experienceAdvanced English Main Activities Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using SwiftUI and MVVM/MVI architectureWork across a mixed UIKit/SwiftUI codebase, ensuring consistency and maintainabilityManage backward-compatibility considerations across iOS versions, including UI material differences introduced in iOS 18Apply application security best practices throughout the development lifecycleMentor other iOS developers, providing technical guidance and code review supportManage or support the App Store submission and release processCollaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture decisions and technical design Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) About Definity Founded in Monterrey, Mexico, Definity is a nearshore technology partner specializing in custom digital solutions, AI innovation, and business applications.
