DevSecOps Engineer – Security Automation & Compliance

We're looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer who enjoys building automation that continuously improves security, compliance and engineering productivity. You'll work across AWS, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud platforms to develop automated security controls, compliance tooling and engineering guardrails that help our teams move quickly without compromising security. This is a technical engineering role for someone who enjoys building solutions—not writing reports. What You'll Be Doing You'll work across our engineering teams to build and improve security automation, including: Developing Infrastructure-as-Code and policy-driven automation.Building automated security and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines.Designing reusable Terraform modules and cloud security guardrails.Automating evidence collection and security validation.Building Python and Bash automation to reduce repetitive operational tasks.Working closely with software engineers to improve platform security.Developing monitoring, reporting and security dashboards.Continuously improving deployment pipelines, platform reliability and developer experience.Researching and implementing new security automation technologies.Leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency. Essential Requirements To be considered, you'll be able to demonstrate most of the following: Cloud & Platform Engineering At least 5 years' experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or Security Automation.Strong hands-on AWS experience.Experience operating production Kubernetes environments.Strong Linux administration skills.
