What You Bring To WEBB Deep industry experience: 5+ years of engineering within the trading world - you know the landscape Technical mastery: Expert-level C++, plus strong skills in low latency / high throughput systems, databases, systems architecture, and networking Impact mindset: A proven track record of delivering results and making a tangible difference Keep it simple: You value clean, efficient solutions over unnecessary complexity Endless curiosity: You want to understand how everything works - and then make it better!
