Description & Requirements Who we are looking for Are you a Python developer ready to go beyond code - to solve real business problems with AI? You’ll combine your technical expertise with consulting skills to deliver AI-powered products – from analytics tools to automation and data-driven decision systems. What You Bring 4–8 years of Python development experience- backend, data, or AI-adjacent work; you write clean, structured, maintainable codeHands-on experience with AI/GenAI concepts- you've worked with LLMs or machine learning models in some capacity and understand how they behave beyond the theoryBackend development experience- FastAPI, Flask, or Django; you know how to build and consume APIs properlySolid software engineering fundamentals- Git, REST APIs, testing, and clean code practices are part of your daily workflow, not an afterthoughtFamiliarity with Agile methodologies- Scrum or similar; comfortable working in iterative, collaborative delivery cyclesFluent English- written and spoken; you'll engage with international stakeholders and cross-functional teamsBased in Sofia- hybrid presence requiredExperience in operationalizing agents (AgentOps) ✨ Nice to Have Exposure to multi-agent or LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)Experience working with CI/CD pipelines or MLOps conceptsAny familiarity with SAP ecosystem (SAP BTP, SAP AI Core) — would be a plus!Industry exposure in HR, Finance, or enterprise SaaS environments Your future role Build and deploy AI and GenAI solutions alongside senior engineers and data scientists-frominitialPoC through to productionDevelop backend services and APIs that connect AI models toreal businessworkflows Contribute to the development and integration of LLM-based features and multi-agent systems Support data pipeline development and model deployment processes Apply CI/CD andMLOpspractices in a structured enterprise environment Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Grow yourexpertisein AI engineering within a team that values continuous learning and engineering excellence What we offer An opportunity to form and lead a small, dynamic team with a startup approach within a large international company.
