Tasks Job Description Maintenance and development of custom internal applications.Retrieving source code and reproducing reported bugs in applications.Analyzing issues in C# code and SQL databases.Documenting problem resolutions in the ticketing system.Escalating more complex tickets to third-line support.Using application documentation containing descriptions of the most common issues.Applying knowledge of C# and SQL to diagnose and resolve tickets. Qualifications Must have: Strong SQL skills — able to write queries (top priority) Basic C# knowledge — able to read and understand C# code (or another OOP language like Java)Experience or willingness to do application support for a proprietary business application (learn business domain and handle tickets) Good communication and adequate English to understand problems and follow instructions German language Nice To Have Ability to use/read related tools (e.g., Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio) — can be learned on the job Tools: Visual Studio Code, Management StudioApplications: C#, Rest API, AngularDB: MS SQL Server, InformixSource code: SVN, Git Additional Information Proficiency in Polish, English, and German at least at the B2+ level.
