Purpose
This role is responsible for maintaining the service-level agreement on critical AWS production platforms or products and providing automated operations to ensure the service to our clients is always of the best quality.
Key Missions
Hardens platforms or products before and after they go live by reviewing their design, security and implementation, tuning configuration as well as developing auxiliary tools and necessary monitoring of critical health indicatorsMaintains platforms or products after go live by measuring and monitoring their availability, performance and overall system healthRecovers platforms or products during production incidents to meet targeted service-level agreementsPerforms detailed root cause analysis and conduct post-mortem analysisSeeks proactively for improvements of non-functional requirements and cooperates with development and product teams to improve operational aspects of platforms or productsParticipates to the Change Advisory Board and validate readiness, security and maturity of new releases through development, execution and verification of automated smoke testSupports stakeholders by providing technical expertise when necessaryDrives improvements in SRE across all team members with strong collaboration of SRE managerCoaches and mentors different teams in technical areas, develop the knowledge of related technologies (monitoring, deployment, cloud tools etc.)Brings proactive support approach, product design review, collaboration with development team during product developmentCommunicates with internal and external stakeholders during planned interventions or changes and outages

Keyless SRE team handles automotive customers in US, Asia and Europe markets by:
providing support during production cloud environment upgradesresolving incidents and information requests surrounding both the infrastructure and mobile parts of the productconstantly improving monitoring of the systempreparing documentation and instructions for customer(s)attending on-calls during production outagesproviding post-mortems and RCA'shelping with rollbacks or restores, if situation requires itdebugging server and mobile logscollaborating with Polish dev teamparticipating in release phase (SRE acceptance gates)
The role is based in Łódź, Poland.
We are working in hybrid model with at least one visit at the office per month.

The salary we offer for this role is: 210k-260k PLN gross.
