Full Stack Developer

Junior Executive Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using PHP and web technologies.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages.Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis, and application design.Evaluate system architecture, performance, usability, and database structure.Define technical specifications, features, and implementation approaches.Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.Apply test-driven development (TDD) and ensure features meet business requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms and browsers.Manage tasks across the full software development lifecycle.Ensure timely delivery of development projects aligned with business needs.Maintain accurate technical documentation and system updates.Research and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance products and operations.Develop automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitalize workflows.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Requirements Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field.Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.Solid understanding of web applications and frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), especially in PHP.Understanding of relational databases and data handling.Basic knowledge of system analysis, website development, and technical environments.Familiarity with web application architecture.Experience working with third-party APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook).Ability to integrate external services and tools into web applications.Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows.Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as LLM-based tools, automation workflows, or simple API integrations, with interest in building AI-driven features.Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and smart systems.Experience building AI-related tools is an added advantage.
