We're hiring a builder — someone who can take a complex, real-world compliance problem, architect a scalable solution, and write the code to ship it, from the database to the UI. You will work directly on our core AI product — the platform already handling compliance decisions for paying clients, and built to serve organizations across multiple markets and regulatory regimes. What You'll Do Architect and ship full-stack features in TypeScript, React, and Node.js — on a product already serving paying clients.Design autonomous AI agents in Python — the core of our roadmap.Own system reliability and scalability as we expand across markets.Optimize PostgreSQL schemas and high-traffic APIs.
