Back-End Developer - C#/.NET

SISQUAL is a leading multinational company specializing in the development of workforce management (WFM) software solutions, whose aim is to help organizations optimize team management, reduce costs and improve efficiency, productivity and employees’ quality of life. We are looking for a Back-end Developer to join our Development Team and contribute to the evolution of SISQUAL’s solutions. You will play an important role in developing and optimizing solutions using C# .NET and SQL Server, helping us build an increasingly robust, efficient, and reliable product. Your Profile Develop and maintain back-end solutions using C# .NET, including Web APIs, REST services and integrations with other systems;Develop and optimize SQL Server components, including queries, stored procedures, functions and views, ensuring solution performance;Analyze requirements and independently implement technical solutions, in line with the guidelines defined by the team;Diagnose and resolve bugs and technical issues, applying development best practices and ensuring clean, testable and maintainable code;Contribute to the continuous evolution and improvement of solutions through code reviews, testing, technical documentation and collaboration within an Agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN). What We’re Looking For Technical or higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field;Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a back-end environment using C#/.NET (with .NET 6 or higher) – mandatory;Experience developing Web APIs / REST APIs and knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework;Good knowledge of SQL and SQL Server, including the development and use of queries and stored procedures;Professional experience working with Agile methodologies, namely SCRUM and/or KANBAN, with the ability to adapt to different development processes and team dynamics;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy in task execution, and ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team;Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in international professional environments. Nice to Have Experience with Entity Framework Core;Knowledge of Git and version control systems;Knowledge of unit and integration testing, with a focus on software quality and reliability;Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices;Experience optimizing SQL queries and analyzing performance in SQL Server;Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 as a complement to back-end development skills;Experience working in software product development and maintenance environments, contributing throughout the solutions’ lifecycle.
