Software Developer

THE ROLE: We are recruiting for a Software Developer with full-stack software development experience to join our team to build innovative software solutions for US-based clients. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Equivalent or Higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Other Engineering, or related degrees.Experience: 3-6 years of software development experience, including at least one project with full architecture ownership end-to-end. Technical Stack: Full-stack TypeScript, including:Frontend: React and/or Next.js.Backend: Node.js - including familiarity with PostgreSQL and comfort designing a clean data model from scratch.Infrastructure: Docker / Containers, IaC, CI/CD (Azure) - including experience managing production infra. AI Tooling: Fluency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a core, daily part of your workflow.Remote Collaboration: Strong ability to contribute and collaborate with remote team members across different time zones. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Mature and Independent Thinker: able to develop solutions with first principles thinking and reliance on prior experience.High Agency: able to take ownership of projects and exercise sound judgement on technical and general matters.Strong Communication: able to communicate effectively in both live discussions and asynchronous discussions.Strong preference for candidates with experience building web-based enterprise-grade solutions for regulated industries.Experience integrating new systems with existing mature systems or APIs is a plus.Experience building mobile apps (React Native preferred) is a plus. NOTE: This is a Remote role with a US-based team. The hire will be expected to complete the work primarily in Malaysia.
