Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting client-facing applications and services. In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Quality Assurance Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Engineering Managers to deliver continuous value to customers. You'll also leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance system understanding. On-site. ✅ What you'll do: • Design and develop high-quality code and features with a strong sense of ownership. • Ensure code quality through software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming. • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software designs and architecture. • Balance competing priorities to deliver new features while resolving defects and managing technical debt. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story refinement sessions. • Promote a fail-fast and learn mentality to encourage responsible innovation. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of REST API concepts and API management tools. • Translate customer requirements into technical designs. • Work with modern microservice-based architectures and development methodologies. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. ✅ What we're looking for: • 8 years of software development experience with Java technologies and enterprise application development. • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+. • Strong experience with Spring Boot. • Strong experience with Spring MVC. • Strong experience with Spring Security. • Experience developing and supporting REST APIs. • Experience working with microservices architecture. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
