Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer to join a Product & Development organization building a market-leading enterprise integration and automation platform. The product operates in the iPaaS space, helping global organizations connect business systems, automate complex workflows and accelerate digital transformation. The platform is also investing heavily in AI / ML / MLOps capabilities to deliver smarter, more efficient and data-driven solutions at scale. This is a key engineering role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership, architecture ownership and mentoring high-performing teams. This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.
