The role combines technical leadership, software development, project coordination, and solution delivery within enterprise environments. 🛠 Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a software development team. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and technical standards. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Support software architecture, deployment, and testing activities. Mentor team members and promote development best practices. Participate in Agile/Kanban delivery processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 💻 Requirements Experience leading software development teams. Strong experience in enterprise software development environments.
