DevOps Engineer (Azure / Kubernetes / Ansible), hybrid in Prague

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and support the design, automation, and maintenance of modern cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Azure-based environments, Kubernetes clusters, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure deployments. You will collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to automate processes, improve deployment workflows, and support cloud migration initiatives. Details: Location: Prague, 2 times onsite/week Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: B2B Language: English Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters, including StatefulSets, persistent storage, workload migrations, and cluster operations. Develop, maintain, and optimize Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible. Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Support migration of existing Jenkins pipelines to modern CI/CD solutions. Administer Linux-based servers and troubleshoot infrastructure issues. Perform PostgreSQL backup, restore, migration, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment automation and operational efficiency. Ensure infrastructure follows security, scalability, and DevOps best practices. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Solid Kubernetes administration experience, including: StatefulSets Persistent storage management Workload migrations Strong experience with Helm Charts (mandatory). Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation. Experience with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD practices. Experience with Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD migration projects. Strong Linux system administration skills. Experience with PostgreSQL backup, restore, and migration. Good understanding of Git workflows, automation, and DevOps methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have Experience with cloud infrastructure optimization and cost management. Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes best practices. Experience with monitoring and logging tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
