About the Role: The DevOps team at Wrike enables Product Engineering and Ops with scalable, automated solutions to streamline product delivery pipelines. We embrace modern approaches, combining market-leading tools with Wrike-specific in-house solutions, to maintain "Elite" 4-key metrics performance. In this role, you will design and implement components of an internal development platform, such as cloud infrastructure and CLI tools. To be a successful candidate, you must excel at cloud infrastructure management. You should also have an understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices in general, and have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches. Your Impact: Implement and adapt internal development platform to constantly changing engineering needs using data-driven decisionsAutomate release processes and implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCDMaintain and improve system documentation and runbooksParticipate in incident response and provide technical support for platform usersAdopt best practices across industry Improve frontend and backend CI/CD product pipelines Work on mobile app pipelines improvementsMaintain pipelines performance and error budget Your Qualifications: A willingness to take ownership of specific projectsAbility to conduct meetings with internal clientsExperience writing production-grade code in PythonExperience writing user and tech documentationStrong debug skills including dealing with network and k8s problems Advanced Linux skillsConfident level of English Standout Qualities: Experience working on internal development platformsActing as role-model with your strongest sides fostering team cultureHands-on GitOps experienceAdvanced programming skillsExperience with other programming languagesExperience with applying best security practices Team Dynamics: You'll report to Pavel Ivakin, a manager with a strong engineering background. The DevOps team at Wrike consists of 6 members: 3 cloud-focused engineers, 2 dev-focused, and the manager.
