About the Job role : Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining enterprise applications.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, integrations, and database-driven services.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its application in scalable, maintainable codebases.Practical experience with ServiceNow platform development (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, custom applications, scripting in JavaScript).Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST, and JSON, and experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and produce clear documentation and configuration records.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with ITIL processes, IT service management, or enterprise workflow automation is an advantage.
