First who: Professional with experience in Windows/IIS administration, scripting, automation, and DevOps practicesStrong hands-on experience with Python and PowerShellExperienced in XL Deploy and XL Release, with a solid understanding of release management and deployment pipelinesPractical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, and podsStrong communicator, comfortable coaching and training Operations teams on Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and modern DevOps practicesAutonomous, collaborative, and comfortable working with remote and international teamsFluent in English; French is a plusKnowledge of C# is a plus, particularly to better understand existing applications Then what: What You'll Do: Coach and train Operations teams on Infrastructure as Code, scripting, automation, and modern DevOps practicesOwn, maintain, and continuously improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL ReleaseMaintain and support the existing IIS/Windows VM infrastructureDrive the migration from traditional Windows VM infrastructure towards OpenShift and containerized environmentsDevelop and maintain automation and scripting solutions using Python and PowerShellWork closely with Operations and other technical teams to improve deployment and infrastructure processesSupport the adoption of modern DevOps practices and help teams evolve towards more automated and efficient ways of workingCollaborate remotely with international stakeholders and ensure clear technical communication throughout infrastructure and deployment activitiesContribute to the understanding and evolution of existing applications, with C# knowledge being an additional advantage What We're Looking For: Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and PowerShellHands-on experience with XL Deploy and XL ReleaseSolid experience in Windows and IIS administrationGood practical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, and podsExperience with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practicesFluent English; French is a plusC# knowledge is a bonus to better understand existing applications
