Job Description You will join as a core engineer building the infrastructure for a market moving hundreds of billions. As a full-stack product engineer, you'll own features end-to-end—from architectural decisions to production deployment. You'll work directly with the founders to develop AI agents that handle intake, extraction, and outreach for top-tier global brokers. What You Will Do Build and ship product end-to-end across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and critical infrastructure components.Design and implement the AI agent layer that automates submission intake, data extraction, and insurer outreach for global insurance brokers.Collaborate directly with the founders to identify product opportunities, make key architectural decisions, and rapidly iterate on the live beta. The ideal candidate Has 3 to 8 years of overall work experience, ideally within early-stage startups or resource-constrained environments where you've built real products.Demonstrates a strong ship mentality and the ability to figure out complex technical problems from scratch without needing a detailed spec.Possesses a full-stack engineering skillset and is excited about building the infrastructure for a massive, traditional market ripe for AI disruption.
