About The Role Join the INLAP engineering team as a Junior Full‑Stack Developer and build practical web applications and platform tools for internal teams. You'll gain hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript) UI, Node.js backend services, and modern AI developer tools that foster rapid learning and productivity. Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining user-facing features using Angular and TypeScriptBuild and debug backend services with Node.js, under guidance from medior/senior team membersTest, document, and support new software featuresLearn to use AI productivity tools (e.g., code assistants, AI-assisted code review/test generation) as part of your workflowParticipate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, contributing to team discussions and learning best practicesIntegrate with internal/external APIs and enterprise platforms with supervision Required Skills Understanding of TypeScript, basic Angular or similar frontend frameworks, and JavaScript fundamentalsCoursework or project experience with backend (Node.js preferred)Eagerness to learn and experiment with AI tooling for code and testsBasic knowledge of Git version control and collaborative coding (e.g., GitHub)Solid problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions Nice to Have Exposure to Python and agentic orchestration frameworksFamiliarity with REST APIs (consumption and/or basic design)Exposure to CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.), cloud monitoring or container basics Location: Brno, Czechia or Bratislava, Slovakia Working time: EMEA Hybrid role: minimum 2 days per week in the office Salary range: Brno: 68 000 CZK to 103 000 CZK gross/a month; Bratislava: 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross/a month.
