The RoleWe are seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate platform engineering initiatives, improve developer productivity, and support the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our technology platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a platform engineering, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, or software engineering professional looking to take on a broader leadership role in an international and remote working environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate platform engineering projects and initiatives.Manage and improve internal developer platforms, infrastructure, and engineering tools.Work closely with Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Security, Data, and Product teams.Support the design and implementation of scalable and reliable platform solutions.Improve developer workflows, deployment processes, and engineering productivity.Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability.Establish platform engineering standards, procedures, documentation, and best practices.Monitor platform availability, performance, capacity, reliability, and operational health.Support cloud infrastructure, platform modernization, and scalability initiatives.Identify technical risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation strategies.Support incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Maintain technical documentation, architecture guidelines, and operational procedures.Track platform KPIs, reliability metrics, deployment performance, and engineering productivity.Support evaluation and adoption of new platform technologies and engineering tools.Stay informed about cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, automation, and infrastructure trends.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure, software engineering, or a related area.Good understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and modern software delivery practices.Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, or similar technologies is a plus.Understanding of monitoring, observability, security, and infrastructure management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good project coordination and team leadership abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Relevant cloud, DevOps, or engineering certifications are welcome but not required.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement📈 Career Growth & Professional Development🤝 Collaborative International Working Environment☁️ Exposure to Cloud, DevOps & Platform Technologies🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Lead Scalable Technology Initiatives
