Account Manager Intern Specialties Spain

Job DescriptionYOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Specialties Intern to support the growth of our Q-Commerce ES Specialties vertical. You will own a portfolio of local Specialties partners (such as bakeries, wine shops, butcheries and organic stores among others), helping them grow by improving their operational performance, catalog quality and customer experience. BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL: Manage your own portfolio of Specialties partners and become their point of contact. Monitor partners' key performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve growth and operational excellence. Optimize partners' catalogs, assortment and in-app content to maximize customer experience and conversion. Work closely with partners to improve operational KPIs such as availability, preparation times and overall quality. Analyze business data and translate insights into recommendations and action plans. Keep internal tools and reporting up to date while tracking the progress of your portfolio.
