What You Will Be Doing As part of our External Credit Data squad, you will modernise how we manage external credit vendor data across the bank. Working closely with business analysts, architects, and software engineers across multiple locations, you will help deliver seamless, user-friendly services that support credit decisions and business operations throughout Danske Bank. Analyse, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions with full product lifecycle ownershipBuild microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions using modern Java technologiesCreate sustainable, scalable solutions following clean code practices and design principlesCollaborate on strategic product ideas that shape the future of credit data managementSupport continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team About You Strong understanding of design principles like SOLID and Domain-Driven DesignSolid Java ecosystem knowledge with Spring framework experienceExperience with cloud platforms, Docker, and container orchestration toolsFamiliarity with unit, integration, and load testing approachesInterest in understanding legacy systems and contributing to modernisation effortsAbility to write efficient, secure, well-documented codeComfortable with AI-assisted development and maintaining critical evaluation of resultsAdvanced English communication skills for stakeholder interactionPositive attitude with willingness to take on diverse development and operations tasks What We Offer You You will join a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and contribute to meaningful technology solutions.
