The institution works closely with the business community and industry, supporting students and professionals in developing the skills and knowledge required to succeed in today’s evolving job market.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the college’s Moodle learning platform.Develop, maintain, and enhance the college websites.Support and update the college’s CRM system.Provide technical support to staff, professors, and students in the use of LMS and CRM systems.Ensure systems remain secure, updated, and fully operational.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the above systems.Provide technical support for academic activities and events.Support Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and similar applications.Create and maintain documentation and user manuals.
Required Qualifications
Excellent WordPress knowledge.Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.Knowledge of template and theme customization.Good knowledge of Moodle.Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.Basic understanding of hosting, server administration, backups, and security.Familiarity with SFTP and server file management.Very good Microsoft Office skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Knowledge of SEO and web security.Previous experience in an educational environment.Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365.
