Open Positions Software Architect: You define system architecture across distributed, mission-critical platforms. You're comfortable at every level - from data models and integration patterns to security posture and infrastructure topology. You write architecture documents people actually reference. Business Analyst: You translate client requirements into precise functional specifications. You run workshops, model workflows, define test scenarios, and make sure the team builds the right thing. Experience with public sector clients is a strong advantage. Artificial Intelligence Expert: You deploy AI in production - LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLU, NLP, on-premise model serving. You understand fine-tuning, evaluation, and the operational side of keeping models reliable. Python, MLflow, vector databases. Not only research - production. VoIP Expert: You design, implement, and troubleshoot VoIP and IP multimedia systems. SIP (RFC 3261), WebRTC, Kamailio, PJSIP/PJMEDIA, RTP/SRTP. You've diagnosed signalling issues in Wireshark and you understand media flows at the packet level. High-availability on-premise deployments. Front End Developer: React or Vue, WebRTC browser APIs, REST/SSE consumption, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. You build interfaces that work under pressure, operator consoles, admin dashboards, real-time communication UIs. Cross-browser, responsive, no room for flakiness. Full Stack Developer: Backend and frontend, end-to-end. REST APIs, microservices, messaging systems, schema design, frontend integration. Python, Java, or Node.js on the backend; React or Vue on the front. You own features from database to UI and you're comfortable in both worlds. Database Expert: You will create efficient and logically structured database schemas, implement redundancy and scalability for database structures, configure and implement data storage solutions for complex applications, monitor and optimise database performance and queries, ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, implement role-based access controls and secure authentication, configure replication and high-availability solutions to minimise downtime, and automate backup and archiving tasks. DevOps Expert: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions/ArgoCD), Terraform, Ansible. You build the infrastructure that lets developers ship reliably. On-premise and hybrid environments. Security scanning, container hardening, environment consistency. Tester: Test planning, case design, regression and release cycles, bug reporting with reproducible steps. Jira, TestRail or equivalent. Manual testing with automation where it adds value. You take quality personally. Virtualisation Expert: You will design, implement, and maintain on-premise virtual infrastructure, create and configure virtual machines with efficient resource allocation and performance monitoring, optimise infrastructure for high availability, performance, and scalability in on-premise environments, ensure redundancy and continuity through backup solutions, snapshots, and disaster recovery procedures, automate administrative processes using Bash, PowerShell, and Ansible, apply firmware updates, security patches, and regular maintenance to physical and virtual components, produce detailed infrastructure architecture documentation, ensure integrated infrastructure operation in the context of application requirements, provide advanced technical support to development and DevOps teams, and collaborate with software architects and stakeholders on infrastructure planning and scaling.
