Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be part of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team, responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions aligned with standard ITSM/ITIL processes. You'll work closely with service owners, sales, service lines, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop services, maintain service catalogues, automate processes, and support customer onboarding. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.Work across Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Request Fulfilment, and Service Catalogue processes.Configure and develop workflows, forms, SLAs, approval flows, and task assignments.Develop using ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs, and Flow Designer.Work with Service Owners to develop new services and maintain existing services.Support data imports and ServiceNow platform configuration.Document processes and procedures within ServiceNow.Support customer onboarding projects.Maintain customer service request catalogues in accordance with platform standards.Communicate service catalogue requirements to internal and external stakeholders.Participate in stakeholder management and process optimization initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications At least 2 years of full-time, hands-on ServiceNow Developer/Engineer experience.Practical experience with:Core ServiceNow tablesGlide / Glide scriptingBusiness RulesClient ScriptsUI ActionsScheduled JobsACLsData ImportsFlow DesignerHands-on experience designing, building, or configuring ITIL-based workflows/processes in ServiceNow.Experience developing or configuring Incident, Change, Request Fulfilment, or related ITSM processes.At least 3 years of professional experience in process management.Experience working with global/matrix organizations.ServiceNow certification.Experience working in a corporate environment following ITIL processes.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.Comfortable working in a global/international environment.Fluent in written and spoken English.Willing to work a shifting schedule and 3 days onsite. Good-to-Have ITIL 4 certification.Certified ServiceNow courses.Experience supporting customer onboarding and service catalogue development. Why Join Us?
