About The Role As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer at Ledgy, you will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable, elegant systems that underpin how companies manage their equity. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers primarily based in Zurich and London to create industry-leading automation solutions and user experiences. Your work will directly impact the automation of complex equity workflows, replacing manual processes with reliable, automated systems. In this role, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from architecture discussions to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will also have opportunities to influence the technical direction of Ledgy’s equity platform, mentor junior engineers, and participate in strategic planning to ensure the platform's robustness and scalability.
