Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer | Python, Fast API | Berlin | Hybrid We're looking for a Founding Engineer to join an early-stage tech start-up and work closely with the founding team to build and scale the product from the ground up. You'll have significant ownership across backend engineering and AI, with the opportunity to shape the technology, architecture and product roadmap. Responsibilities: Build and own backend services using Python & FastAPIDevelop and integrate LLM-powered featuresDesign scalable APIs and backend architectureContainerise and deploy applications using DockerTake projects from concept through to productionContribute to technical strategy and engineering standardsWork closely with founders and product teams Requirements: Strong Python skillsExperience with FastAPI and DockerHands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AIExperience building and owning production systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced 0→1 start-up environmentC1+ German – essential If you're interested please get in touch ASAP!
