Site Reliability Engineer

The Role Operate and take responsibility for development and infrastructure platforms based on Kubernetes, Pulumi/Terraform, and cloud-native technologies, focusing on stability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Work at the intersection of software development and infrastructure, contributing solid understanding of software architecture and development to platform work. Consistently automate infrastructure processes to reduce manual effort and ensure long-term maintainability of operations. Establish robust monitoring and alerting to ensure early detection of problems. Take an active role in incident management, analyzing incidents, resolving root causes, and applying lessons learned to platform development. Be available as a point of contact during regular working hours to address critical incidents quickly and reliably. What You'll Need A degree in computer science or comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in developing and operating cloud-native platforms and infrastructures. In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, from conception and setup to productive operation of complex cluster environments. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, particularly Pulumi and/or Terraform. Understanding of modern software development principles, ideally with Python knowledge. Sound judgment and a pragmatic approach to complex technical challenges, even in time-critical situations. Openness to on-call duty within regular working hours.
