Full-Stack Engineer — React & Supabase (m/f/d)

The role You'd be the second engineer on our technical team, owning features end to end — from the database through to the interface our research team uses every day. About half your time is React and TypeScript: the data-heavy dashboards our researchers live in — large tables, filtering, search, review queues. The other half is the platform underneath: Postgres schemas and Supabase Edge Functions, plus the LLM and automation pipelines that turn messy public data into structured, publishable records. What we're looking for React + TypeScript — production UI in a data-heavy codebase; component architecture, hooks, state managementPostgreSQL — schema design, migrations, RLS, and writing SQL you can tune (indexing, query plans)Serverless backend functions — Supabase Edge Functions (Deno/TypeScript) ideally, or an equivalent platformLLM APIs in production — OpenAI, Mistral or similar: structured outputs, tool calling, and the prompt and evaluation work that makes results reliable enough to publishGit and CI/CD — branching, PR review, GitHub ActionsAWS fundamentals — EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, with an eye on costSelf-directed. On a two-person team you'll own features end to end, document what you build, and explain your trade-offs clearly Around 4+ years building and shipping production software. Nice to have: n8n or similar workflow automation · Docker · Python/FastAPI · Terraform · Sentry · RAG and pgvector · MongoDB We care more about real depth in React and Postgres than about ticking every box.
