TROGROUP GmbH is looking for a Specialist IT Infrastructure - Cloud and Datacenter (all genders) Your responsibilities Ensuring reliable day-to-day operations of datacenter and cloud infrastructure environmentsOperating, monitoring, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, and cloud servicesManaging and optimizing system performance, availability, and capacityExecuting incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practicesProviding 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex incidentsMaintaining and operating Active Directory and Entra services (identity, authentication, policies)Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam) and ensuring disaster recovery readinessCollaborating closely with Architecture teams to implement new solutions and ensure smooth transitions into operationsEnsuring compliance with IT security policies in coordination with the CISOMaintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and operational proceduresMonitoring infrastructure health and proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunitiesCoordinating with external providers and vendors for support and service deliverySupporting automation and continuous improvement of operational processes Your profile Good command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking)Strong operational mindset with focus on stability, reliability, and service qualityHands-on experience in operating complex IT environments (virtualization, high availability, global setups)Solid experiens with Window and Linux Server, VMware vSphere or comparable virtualization platforms, Backup solutions, Cloud platforms, Active DirectoryCertifications fitting to the job are welcomeBasic-to-intermediate knowledge in networking technologiesExperience with monitoring tools and incident management processesStructured, solution-oriented working style with strong troubleshooting skillsStrong service and customer orientation when working with internal users and external partnersTeam player with good self-organization and ability to work under pressureHigh degree of reliability, responsibility, and ownershipWillingness to travel attraktives Gesundheits- programm interessante Aufgabe in globalem Unternehmen dynamisches und aufgeschlossenes Team vielfältige Weiter- bildungsangebote flexible, familienfreund- liche Arbeitszeiten viele Zusatz- und Bonusleistungen Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.
