Frontend Engineer (f/m/d) Full-time · 38.5 h/week · Himmelreich near Salzburg · partially remote (Austria) €55,000–75,000 gross p.a. · permanent position · start ASAP About Authentic Vision Authentic Vision builds physical product authentication technology. Our core product is a holographic security label with an irreproducible fingerprint: anyone can verify a product using nothing but a smartphone camera — no special equipment and no training required. Every scan generates data that helps brands fight counterfeiting at global scale and enables additional use cases such as loyalty, consumer engagement and label-as-a-key experiences. We’re a team of around 15 people, working with customers in automotive, nutraceuticals and industrial sectors across four continents. Our engineering team is small, senior and ships regularly. Your role You’ll own the frontend layer across our product suite and have a direct impact on both our customer-facing and consumer-facing products. Your main focus will be our Customer Portal, where customers manage labels and analyze scan data through dashboards and data exports. You’ll own the UX and continuously evolve the codebase. You’ll also work on our Web Scan App — our consumer-facing browser scanner that brings the functionality of our Android and iOS apps to the web, without an install. This includes UI animations, browser camera handling and WebAssembly. In addition, you’ll own the frontend pipeline for branded customer experiences, including themed deployments of the scan app and custom scan result pages. The scope is broad and growing. You’ll help shape what comes next, adapt and integrate existing products, unify authentication flows and make our frontend platform extensible enough for others to build on.
