Senior Java/Kotlin Developer - eID & Wallet Integration Team

The Role Signicat has an opportunity for a talented Senior Java or Kotlin Developer in Bucharest to join the eID & Wallet Integration Team. As part of the team, you will contribute to our own SaaS applications, which helps us reach millions of end users. Our code is mission-critical for many of our high-profile customers, who use our platform to authenticate the end users of their services. You will learn how to create architectures that are inherently secure, becoming an expert in secure programming. Key Responsibilities Write software that matters! Be part of the team that will enable online authentication for millions of usersGet training and guidance to become an expert at writing secure softwareAnalyse functional requirements and turn them into real softwareAssist in designing and improving our software architectureBuild and maintain a catalog of reusable, elegant solution patternsBuild and maintain a library of reusable, elegant software componentsImprove standards and guidelines for using these patterns and componentsWe work agile, so take part in daily stand-ups and discuss features with the product ownerBe responsible for the whole lifecycle of our applications including deployments and DevOps The Environment Signicat engineering teams prioritize end-to-end ownership and autonomy, empowering our Engineers to take full responsibility for their work. The eID & Wallet Integration Team follows Scrum/Kanban methodologies, working with cutting-edge technology and principles. We use a state-of-the-art platform where all our applications are new and built to the latest standards. Additionally, our systems leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and fully automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. You'll need to be willing to learn and work in Kotlin, as all our code is written in Kotlin!
