Backend Engineer (Golang)- Wealth Management

What You'll Do Design and develop core backend systems for our wealth management platform, supporting portfolio management, asset allocation, NAV/performance calculation, and rebalancing capabilitiesBuild and optimize shared components within the wealth management system to improve development efficiency and reusability across our wealth management product linesIdentify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps in large-scale computation and data processing workflows (e.g. batch NAV calculation, portfolio rebalancing) to improve system stability and scalabilityEnsure data accuracy and consistency across account, portfolio, and calculation modules, and continuously optimize system performanceExplore applying AI Agent technology to wealth management scenarios (e.g. investment advisory, portfolio insights) to enhance system intelligence What We're Looking For 5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years working in Go, with high-performance server-side architecture designHands-on experience building microservices and high-concurrency/high-throughput production systemsSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patternsFamiliar with Linux/Unix environments and common middleware internalsProfessional written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to Have Domain knowledge in wealth management, asset management, or investment products (e.g. portfolio management, fund products, robo-advisory)Proficiency in Java, Python, or RustFamiliarity with AI development, including AI Agent development and underlying principles
