About The Role As a Lead Developer within Cegeka's Applications division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our application solutions. You will lead a team of skilled developers, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. Your responsibilities will include translating architectural overviews into specific system, application, or process designs during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with the initial blueprint crafted by the Technical Architect. You will take ownership of the overall technical design of projects, collaborating closely with architects to meet requirements related to cost, performance, and maintainability. Additionally, you will manage daily operations, coordinate team activities, and promote continuous improvement in processes and tools to enhance service quality. Supporting and mentoring functional analysts, technical designers, and application architects, you will foster a high-performing team environment. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and expanding technical knowledge, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of technological advancements, particularly in Azure and AI solutions.
