About The Role We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our dynamic product team and contribute to the development of Riot's flagship awareness platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems that serve millions of learners and thousands of administrators globally. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship new features end-to-end, improve existing functionalities, and ensure the platform's robustness. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of cybersecurity training for organizations worldwide, helping to foster safer digital environments. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to research and prototype innovative solutions to complex problems, especially in the context of AI integration and automation. You will also be instrumental in shaping our technical standards, organizing the backend codebase, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
