Paid Student and Graduate Internship Program (Tech Engineering)

Are you a currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in an ICT-related field, or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months), eager to gain your first real-world tech experience? Then, this paid internship program is for you. We're looking for participants to join our Paid Student and Graduate Internship Program (Tech Engineering) in Birkirkara, Malta in a hybrid working mode. Over two months, you will gain hands-on exposure to modern engineering practices, develop real-world technical skills, and work under the guidance of EPAM experts. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role at EPAM, helping to shape innovative solutions for global businesses. Responsibilities: Build and design APIs following modern standardsConnect applications and platforms through seamless integrationApply AI-driven tools and methods to deliver innovative solutionsWork with modern technologies such as REST, GraphQL and cloud-based servicesCollaborate with mentors and contribute to realistic project simulations Requirements: Currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's students in an ICT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Development), or recent graduatesCommitment to a full-time, two-month internshipKnowledge of programming principles, algorithms and data structuresFamiliarity with at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C/C++, PHP or similar)English proficiency at B1 level or higherLegal right to work in Malta Nice to have: Understanding of client-server interaction models and web architectureInitial knowledge of distributed systemsInterest in AI-based engineering or MuleSoft technologies
