With continued growth and investment in technology, the organisation is modernising its infrastructure and looking for a technical leader who can help drive this transformation. You will lead a team of Infrastructure and Workplace while remaining hands-on across infrastructure, cloud, networking and workplace technologies. Working closely with the Head of IT, you will influence technical direction, oversee projects and implementations, and ensure the organisation's infrastructure remains secure, resilient and scalable. With exposure to new locations, technology initiatives and transformation projects, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the wider business. This Infrastructure Technical Lead position is ideally suited to an experienced infrastructure professional ready to combine technical leadership with hands-on delivery and strategic responsibility. You will: • Lead and mentor Infrastructure and Workplace Engineers while providing technical direction. • Own and improve Microsoft, Azure, networking, workplace and hybrid infrastructure environments. • Lead infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation and cybersecurity initiatives. • Oversee technical delivery for new locations, projects and major infrastructure implementations. • Drive improvements across reliability, security, automation and disaster recovery. Skills / Experience: • 7+ years of experience across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking or systems engineering. • Strong Microsoft and Azure expertise within hybrid enterprise environments. • Strong networking knowledge with proven experience leading infrastructure projects and technical initiatives. Salary / Remuneration: €50,000 - €58,000 + Benefits
